Job Description 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Jaichittra. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the management.
•    Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers, approach leads, and convert them into clients.
•    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs.
•    Market Exploration: Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to maximize business growth.
•    After-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction by offering post-sales assistance and resolving customer queries promptly.
•    Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.

•    Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•    Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
•    Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
•    Good organizational and time-management abilities.
•    Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
•    Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
•    Familiarity with sales processes and CRM software is an advantage.
