Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the management.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers, approach leads, and convert them into clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs.
• Market Exploration: Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to maximize business growth.
• After-Sales Support: Ensure client satisfaction by offering post-sales assistance and resolving customer queries promptly.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
