Responsibilities:
• Develop Dealer Sales Network: Build and expand a robust dealer network across Tamil Nadu for the company's products.
• Travel for Dealer Identification: Regularly travel to different locations within Tamil Nadu to identify and establish relationships with suitable dealers.
• Market Expansion: Expand the reach of the product line by targeting potential dealers in untapped markets.
• Product Promotion: Promote the company's pumps and other building materials to dealers and ensure their active engagement in selling the products.
• Communication & Marketing: Use excellent communication skills to negotiate and maintain strong dealer relationships, while also providing marketing support to enhance product visibility.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Prior experience in pump marketing is a significant advantage.
• Sales and Marketing: Strong sales acumen and marketing skills, with the ability to drive dealer engagement and product sales.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain relationships with dealers.
• Willingness to Travel: The role involves substantial travel to explore potential markets and meet with dealers.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in dealer network development.
