Job description
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage sales and work towards improving overall store performance.
• Assist the store manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth performance.
• Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance store displays and customer experience.
• Participate in the stock auditing process and manage it in the absence of the manager.
• Oversee stock planning and inventory management to ensure efficient stock levels.
• Support administrative activities related to the store’s operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail management or related field (preferred).
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Good understanding of stock management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Ability to lead a team and assist in managing store operations effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
