Switchgear and Control Techniques Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience in sales of panel and switchgear products. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for switchgear and control panel products.
•    Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the electrical panel and switchgear market.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
•    Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
•    Provide technical support and expertise to customers regarding product applications and solutions.
•    Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product visibility and reach.
•    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
•    Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote products and services.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
•    Ready to travel to the job location.
•    Strong knowledge of electrical systems, products, and applications.
•    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
