Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Sales Engineer specializing in Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar and BESS markets.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
•    Provide technical expertise and support to customers on solar and BESS solutions.
•    Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
•    Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
•    Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
•    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
•    Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering (MECH), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
•    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar and BESS industries.
•    Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and battery storage solutions.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Willingness to travel as needed.
