Job description

Sales Responsibilities:

•    Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements.
•    Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
•    Provide product and service information to customers.
•    Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.

Support Responsibilities:
•    Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
•    Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving basic product issues.
•    Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when needed.
•    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
•    Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback.
