We are seeking a motivated MBA intern to join our Sales and Marketing team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Assist in the preparation of market research reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and materials.
• Assist in lead generation and tracking sales performance metrics.
• Help design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare reports summarizing findings and insights for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with product, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on marketing and sales initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas and strategies.
• Assist in developing customer engagement strategies and initiatives.
• Support the execution of customer feedback surveys and analysis.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
