We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Engineer with 1-4 years of experience in IT services sales. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients in the IT services sector, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor IT solutions based on client requirements.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and discussions to showcase the benefits of our IT services.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
• Prepare sales reports, track progress against targets, and analyze performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria:
• 1-4 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
• Must have scored 80% or above in Mathematics in both 10th and 12th grades.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience with B2B sales in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
