Key Responsibilities:
1.    Machine Maintenance & Repairs:
•    Attend machine complaints and rectify issues promptly.
•    Perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth machine operations.
•    Minimize downtime by addressing mechanical failures efficiently.
2.    Quality & Production Support:
•    Ensure machines function optimally to meet production targets.
•    Maintain quality standards by performing regular inspections.
•    Assist in improving production efficiency through maintenance best practices.
3.    Troubleshooting & Fault Analysis:
•    Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
•    Conduct root cause analysis and report findings to higher officials.
•    Maintain records of breakdowns and corrective actions.
4.    Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
•    Conduct scheduled maintenance to extend machine life.
•    Monitor machine performance and suggest necessary improvements.
•    Ensure proper calibration and alignment after repairs.
