Job description

•    Quality engineers work to ensure a product or service provides a high level of quality that meets customer expectations.
•    Verifying the quality and performance of the products in addition to troubleshooting the rectification of any existing errors or defects are the main duties of a quality engineer.
•    A quality engineer has the technical/engineering background to handle the day-to-day issues with product quality.
•    Their work involves designing or specifying inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; analyzing production and service limitations and standards and recommending revision of specifications when indicated.
•    In addition, they formulate or help formulate quality policies and procedures as well as conducting training on quality concepts and tools; they interface with all other engineering components within the company and with customers and suppliers on quality related issues.


Quality Control & Assurance:

•    Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and best practices.
•    Ensure products comply with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
•    Work closely with production teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
•    Maintain accurate records of test results, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
•    Prepare and present quality reports and performance data to management
•    Ensure documentation complies with relevant ISO or other industry standards.
•    Work with customers to ensure all quality expectations are met before handing over the instrument.
•    Ensure that customer acceptance criteria, such as functional performance and quality checks, are satisfied.
•    Provide training to the customer or end-user on maintaining and operating the system to sustain quality performance.

Requirements:

•    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
•    Diploma, ITI, B.E. in Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Electrical.
•    Possess a broad background in Electronic/ Instrumentation engineering / manufacturing with a wide range of knowledge on manufacturing and production processes.
•    Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.
•    Decision-making ability coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively.
•    Both Fresher and Experience can apply
