Job description
We are looking for smart, outgoing people with:
• Good spoken communication skills in English, Hindi and Tamil. Hindi is a must.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to understand product workflow and implement the product based on client requirements
• Ability to handle clients/end customers via email and telephone calls.
• Experience in a customer support role for a B2B or B2C software product will be helpful but it is not mandatory if you are a quick study
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Ability to understand and use technology including various customer support management tools.
