Job description

 

We are looking for a creative and motivated Product Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will help develop product marketing strategies, improve brand positioning, and ensure successful product launches. Your tasks will include creating product messaging, conducting market research, managing campaigns, and engaging with customers. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, understands product management, and has excellent communication skills.

  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging that communicates the benefits and unique selling points.

  • Tailor product messaging to different target audiences across various channels. 
    Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.

  • Analyses the competitive landscape to provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.

  • Create marketing collateral such as product brochures, website content, case studies, and social media posts.

  • Plan and execute product-focused marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, webinars, and events.

  • Collaborate with the creative team for visual assets and promotional content. 
    Product Launches

  • Support the planning and execution of product launches and rollouts.

  • Collect and analyses customer feedback to understand product perception and identify areas for improvement.

  • Engage with customers and sales teams to gather insights and tailor marketing strategies.

  • Provide the sales team with product-specific training, presentations, and marketing materials.

  • Develop sales tools and resources to support lead generation and sales conversion.

  • Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.

  • Prepare reports to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 0-2 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B or B2C product marketing.

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
