Job Overview:

We re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Product Management Trainee to join our mobile game development team. In this entry-level role, you ll gain hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile games, from ideation to launch and beyond. You ll have the chance to work with our product, design, and development teams to bring new features and games to market and learn the ins and outs of the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:
•    Conduct research on game trends, competitor titles, and player preferences to inform product strategy.
•    Analyze player feedback and in-game data to identify improvement areas and opportunities.
•    Assist in creating player personas, journey maps, and other research documentation to guide game development.
•    Collaborate with the product team to develop and prioritize features that enhance gameplay and player engagement.
•    Assist in crafting game feature specifications, storyboards, and user flows.
•    Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, innovative ideas to new and existing games.
•    Work closely with design, art, engineering, and QA teams to coordinate feature development and ensure smooth project execution.
•    Help track project milestones and timelines, ensuring features are released on schedule.
•    Maintain organized and updated documentation for game features and product updates.
•    Collect and analyse in-game metrics, player behaviour, and feedback to help shape game improvements.
•    Prepare reports and presentations that highlight insights for the product and marketing teams.
•    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like player retention, engagement, and monetization to evaluate game performance.
•    Engage with players to understand their needs and pain points, relaying this information to the product team.
•    Work with the support and community teams to manage player feedback and suggestions for future updates.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field. (Fresh graduates welcome!).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    A basic understanding of mobile game development and player experience.
•    Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or any project management software (experience with gaming analytics tools is a plus but not required).
•    Passion for mobile gaming and an understanding of player psychology.
•    Eagerness to learn and grow within the mobile games industry.
•    Team-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.
