Job description

Collaborate with product and development teams to understand user needs and business requirements . Create user-centered design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs . Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to inform design decisions . Ensure designs are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible to all users . Develop and maintain design systems and style guides . Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technology advancements . Communicate design concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and team members . Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and testing results .
