Job Description

•    Functional knowledge on overseas biz
•    Approach the network overseas agents
•    Explore the new biz opportunities with overseas agents
•    Follow thoroughly until enquiries received
•    Quote the enquiries received and follow to convert.
•    Executing the strategy of initiating and converting nominations
•    Create a database on the consignee / shipper in india
•    Approach them for new biz.
•    Learn the import pricing
•    Handle nomination biz of overseas agent
•    Digital marketing of overseas agent biz
•    Pass the leads to concerned department if the overseas agent s required other services of our group.
•    Daily reporting of the mails sent.
•    Prepare weekly sales reports on enquiries, approached agents.
•    Monthly review meeting reports to discuss the review and plan of action for the next month & quarterly.
•    After successful conversion of overseas agent to biz, follow procedures on new agent approvals / executions till payment.
•    Kra will be set based on the above.
•    Review on the same will be every quarterly.
•    Daily reporting to the functional head
