Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Material Handling:
•    Supervise the loading and unloading of materials from trucks with the help of warehouse and hub assistants.
•    Ensure all materials are handled properly and efficiently.
2.    Self-Scanning:
•    Perform self-scanning of all materials, ensuring 100% accuracy in inventory tracking and system updates.
3.    Team Supervision:
•    Lead a team of helpers in the warehouse and hub to ensure smooth operations.
•    Monitor team performance and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
4.    Operational Efficiency:
•    Ensure that all processes are followed in compliance with company guidelines and safety protocols.
•    Track the timely completion of tasks and ensure materials are processed without delay.
5.    Shift Work:
•    Work a 12-hour shift, ensuring productivity and accuracy throughout the shift duration.

Requirements:


•    Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or courier services is preferred.
•    Experience in supervising teams in warehouse settings is a plus.
•    Skills:
•    Good leadership and communication skills to manage the team efficiently.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
•    Physical Fitness:
•    Ability to handle physical work, including loading and unloading materials.
•    Commitment:
•    Ability to work in a 12-hour shift schedule.
