Job description

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Industrial Safety or related field with Nebosh certification

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adapt to company work environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess safety conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate risks in the workplace.

• Ensure the proper use of safety equipment and gear, and monitor the effectiveness of safety training programs.

• Investigate workplace accidents or injuries and prepare detailed reports, providing recommendations for preventive measures.

• Develop, implement, and update safety policies and procedures to maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Promote a safety-conscious culture through continuous training and awareness programs for staff.

• Liaise with government agencies and external contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.

• Provide emergency response and first aid assistance when necessary.
