Job Description 

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Skin Care Specialist / Clinic Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality skin care services, support dermatologists during procedures, and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Skin Care Services: Perform a range of skin care treatments for both female and male clients after completing in-depth training.
•    Clinical Assistance: Assist the dermatologist during doctor-led procedures and treatments, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
•    Client Consultation & Sales: Recommend suitable skin treatments and products based on client needs, driving sales through suggestive selling techniques.
•    Front Desk Operations: Manage reception duties, including client bookings, appointment scheduling, billing, and handling customer queries.
•    Client Experience: Ensure all clients receive a professional, welcoming, and personalized experience throughout their journey with the clinic.

Required Candidate Profile:
•    Education: Any graduate; candidates with a background in beauty, aesthetics, or skin care are preferred.
•    Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-centric approach.
•    Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome. Training will be provided.
•    Multi-tasking Ability: Capable of handling clinical and administrative tasks simultaneously.
