Job Description:
The role primarily involves the following key responsibilities:
1. Automotive Parts Production:
• Work on the production line, manufacturing automotive components.
• Monitor the production process and ensure the smooth operation of machinery and assembly lines.
• Assist in optimizing production efficiency.
2. Quality Inspection:
• Conduct quality checks during various stages of production, from the initial stages to final inspection.
• Perform line inspections to ensure that automotive parts meet predefined quality standards.
• Analyze and troubleshoot any defects or deviations during the manufacturing process.
• Handle the final quality inspections before products are dispatched for delivery or further processing.
3. Design Support:
• Collaborate with the design team to review product specifications and ensure manufacturability.
• Provide input or feedback on design for improvements or optimizations based on production realities.
• Assist in creating and refining product design to meet quality and safety standards.
4. Problem Solving and Reporting:
• Identify issues during the production process and suggest or implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on production issues, quality results, and overall performance for management.
Experience Required:
• 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar field or any hands-on experience during internships or academic projects is advantageous.
Skills Required:
1. Technical Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with quality control methodologies and equipment.
• Knowledge of engineering principles in the fields of mechanical, automobile, mechatronics, or aeronautical design and production.
