We are a leading pharmaceutical firm based in Trivandrum, seeking dynamic and motivated Medical Representatives for Nagercoil to join our growing team. If you are passionate about healthcare sales and eager to make a significant impact in the industry, we would love to have you onboard!

Key Responsibilities:
•    Promote and sell our range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
•    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals to ensure brand visibility and product adoption.
•    Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product innovations, and competitors to effectively promote and position our products.
•    Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff about the benefits and uses of our pharmaceutical products.
•    Achieve sales targets by managing a territory, planning meetings, and making consistent follow-up calls to healthcare professionals.
•    Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
•    Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategic plans and meet sales objectives.
•    Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines while promoting products.

Skills & Qualifications:
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage healthcare professionals.
•    Strong sales skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
•    Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a competitive environment.
•    Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry is a plus.
•    Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
•    A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
