Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Promote company products to doctors and medical professionals to drive product awareness and sales.
•    Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
•    Visit stockists and ensure product availability in the market.
•    Conduct chemist surveys to understand market trends and optimize marketing strategies.
•    Manage day-to-day sales and marketing operations with a focus on increasing sales and expanding market reach.

Required Candidate Profile:
•    Young & Dynamic individual with a passion for sales.
•    Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with doctors, stockists, and chemists.
•    Innovative, target-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
•    Freshers are welcome to apply with a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
•    A bike is mandatory for traveling to clients and conducting fieldwork.
•    Educational qualifications: D.PHARM, B. Pharma, or B.Sc. in relevant fields.

Preferred Skills:
•    Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of sales techniques.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
