Digital Marketing:
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Analyze market trends and develop actionable insights for digital strategies.
Field Marketing:
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Promote company products/services during on-field visits and drive sales conversions.
Lead Generation & Business Development:
• Identify new markets and client segments to expand the business portfolio.
• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, cold calling, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored sales pitches and proposals.
Sales Strategy:
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
• Provide regular updates to management about market conditions, competitors, and client needs.
