Job description
• Research and generate lists of potential customers
• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
• Should be well versed with constructing & sending direct mails to customers.
• Managing social media accounts.
• Responsible for the purchase ad sales of products.
• Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
• Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
• Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts.
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Manage and Maintain company website and E-commerce platform.
• Experience in export and import related activities.
