Job Description:
1. Sales Support and Strategy:
• Assist in implementing sales strategies to meet business goals.
• Support the sales team by analyzing customer data and helping to generate leads.
• Participate in identifying new market segments and business opportunities.
2. Marketing Campaign Execution:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Help create content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and blogs.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Help address customer queries and provide relevant product/service information.
• Support customer retention activities to enhance loyalty.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
• Support in gathering competitor intelligence to refine sales strategies.
5. Team Collaboration & Administrative Support:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Provide administrative support, such as preparing reports, tracking marketing budgets, and updating CRM systems.
• Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
6. Training and Development:
• Participate in structured training sessions to gain knowledge about the industry, company products, and best sales practices.
• Regularly meet with managers and team leaders for feedback and personal development.
• Take part in shadowing senior staff members to learn about strategy execution and leadership.
• MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Marketing, Sales, or related fields (recent graduates).
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Analytical and data-driven with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic understanding of digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
