Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Company Secretary. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with secretarial and statutory requirements, managing client engagements, and maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Review secretarial documents, including board meeting and shareholders' meeting documentation.
•    Ensure timely compliance with secretarial matters and statutory requirements.
•    Engage with clients to provide professional guidance and support on secretarial matters.
•    Track and monitor statutory deadlines to ensure all compliance obligations are met efficiently.

Desired Skills:
•    Strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and statutory compliance.
•    Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
•    Ability to manage client relationships effectively and professionally.

Qualifications:
•    Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
•    Preferably an additional qualification in Law (LLB).
•    This role is ideal for professionals passionate about corporate governance and compliance, with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities with precision and expertise.
