Key Responsibilities:
• Review secretarial documents, including board meeting and shareholders' meeting documentation.
• Ensure timely compliance with secretarial matters and statutory requirements.
• Engage with clients to provide professional guidance and support on secretarial matters.
• Track and monitor statutory deadlines to ensure all compliance obligations are met efficiently.

Qualifications:
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
