Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to lead our outbound sales efforts, build lasting customer relationships, and engage with our growing gaming community. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive the best solutions from GameNation.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Drive Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to customers via calls, emails, and online platforms to promote GameNation's products and services.
•    Understand Customer Needs: Engage with gamers, understand their preferences, and offer tailored gaming solutions.
•    Relationship Building: Develop strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
•    Close Deals: Negotiate and finalize sales, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
•    Customer Engagement: Actively contribute to community-building initiatives by engaging with gamers across social media and gaming forums.
•    Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to help enhance our gaming offerings and customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:
•    Any Degree / Graduation (any field).
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
•    Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming trends (preferred).
•    Ability to work independently and within a team.
•    Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Preferred:
•    Experience in sales, customer relationship management, or outbound calling.
•    Familiarity with the gaming industry and gaming communities.
