We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:

•    Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
•    Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and meet production targets.
•    Conduct routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
•    Identify and troubleshoot issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
•    Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
•    Make necessary adjustments to processes to maintain product quality.
•    Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
•    Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
•    Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and downtime.
•    Report production metrics and machine performance to the team lead or supervisor.
•    Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production goals.
•    Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any operational concerns.
