Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage key accounts for our exsisting customer, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide Pre-sales and Post Sales service support to customers through field visits, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and other internal stakeholders to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
• Conduct account management activities such as market research, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to stay ahead in the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall account management processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 0-5 years of experience in area sales, direct sales, or field sales management.
• Strong understanding of consumers needs and recent trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
