Job description

•    Review and analyze existing manufacturing processes and make suggestions on improvements and streamlining.
•    Assess current equipment and machinery in place, develop regular service and maintenance schedules and make recommendations on upgrades.
•    Monitor and analyze current production and output levels and make recommendations for improvement.
•    Establish repair and quality inspection protocols for equipment.
•    Reduce production costs and ensure high-quality produce.
•    Keep records of all equipment services, repairs and maintenance completed.
•    Check completed repair and maintenance work to ensure the viability of the repairs.
•    Assist the engineering team with completing or planning repair and maintenance work.
•    Work in line with health and safety guidelines.
•    Work towards KPIs and objectives set out by executives.
