Job Description: 

We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our team at Space Studio, Chennai. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and proficient in 2D & 3D design software. A strong foundation in interior designing, working drawings, 3D modeling, and rendering is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Architectural Design:
•    Create innovative architectural designs that align with client requirements and project goals.
•    Assist in developing concepts, layouts, and detailed plans.
2.    Interior Designing:
•    Work on interior design projects, including material selection, space planning, and color coordination.
•    Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into reality.
3.    Drawing & Modeling:
•    Prepare accurate 2D working drawings and detailed documentation.
•    Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize and present design concepts.
4.    Software Utilization:
•    Use design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Revit to create high-quality deliverables.
5.    Coordination & Execution:
•    Collaborate with team members, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
•    Support in project management and on-site supervision as needed.

Qualifications:

•    Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
•    Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in architectural design and interiors.
