• Conduct 1st level Interview and Validation
• Good Communication Skills in English is mandatory
• Ensure regular follow ups are done until joining
• Strong HR Acumen and Interpersonal Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
• Expert in Sourcing IT CV's, Referencing and Networking
• Experience in MIS and Reporting
• Excellent MS Office knowledge, majorly in MS Excel
• Good Communication & Convincing skills
• Target driven and meeting deadlines within SLA
