As KONE India embarks on an exciting growth phase with a direct presence in seven regions, we are looking for Installers with a service-oriented mindset to join our team. These roles will be based across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Ernakulam, Coimbatore & Vijayawada supporting our expansion plans.
Role & responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
• Oversee the installation environment during activities and manage on-site communication with customers regarding day-to-day installation and logistical matters.
Project Management
• Ensure the safe, high-quality, and timely installation of equipment in accordance with KONE installation methods.
• Report installation progress to the supervisor and address any shortages or damage by ordering replacement parts promptly.
• Maintain the installation tools in good condition and secure the delivered equipment through proper storage and handling.
• Communicate with builders to prevent work interruptions and stay updated with field letter changes and the A.M. manual.
• Ensure a safe working environment within the installation area, including storage spaces.
Delivery
• Handle the receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
• Execute installations following predetermined methods and schedules.
• Submit reports on timekeeping, quality feedback, and warranty claims for materials.
• Provide feedback to the supply line for continuous product improvement.
