Job description
• IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Provide technical support for clients experiencing hardware, software and networking issues
• Checking IT equipment for electrical safety. Maintaining records of software licences with Internet Security.
• Resolving IT support requests from employees, Answering employee questions regarding computer systems.
• Creating IT tickets via ticket-tracking software and monitoring progress of individual task.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, Testing new technology.
• Maintanance for Server backup, CCTV with Camera footage recorder, Bio-Metric Attendance Report, Wifi with Switch Routers and Intercom systems.
