Job description
• Shipment tracking.
• Shipment follow up (In case of connection delay, part arrival, clearance delay)
• Pre alert sending to buyer for invoice confirmation for BOE filling.
• BOE verification & submission.
• Critical shipment follow up & ensure to planning delivery as per committed date.
• Delivery planning & coordination.
• OOC follow up.
• Determining HSN as per product specification.
• MIS Reports on frieght cost analysis.
• Able to coordinate with transporter, frieght forwarder & CHA.
