• To ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
• Design and update job descriptions
• Sourcing candidates through Job portals, social platforms, and other relevant resources.
• End To End recruitment cycle.
• Following up with the candidate till joining.
• Interview candidates (via phone & video)
• Maintaining Database and reporting to management.
• Coordinating with the management on Profile feedback.
• Fulfill a large number of staffing requirements across Domains Function and Industry.
• Use platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and Monster to source and advertise openings. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone video and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on the company's careers page and social media job boards and internally Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Skills & Requirements
• Only MBA Freshers with excellent communication skills and high energy levels.
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
• Able to manage critical path projects and effectively collaborate as needed with other employees/functions.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
