Job Overview:

We are hiring a motivated fresher for the role of HR Recruiter. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various roles. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Source candidates through job portals and social media.
•    Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
•    Communicate with candidates and provide process updates.
•    Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
•    Support in job posting and employer branding.

Qualifications:
•    Fresh graduate in any field.
•    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
