Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to support the Senior Director of HR Strategy in driving key initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong consulting background, experience working with HR teams, the ability to create executive-ready materials with minimal oversight, and develop governance frameworks that facilitate collaboration across the HR organization. This role is critical in activating a refreshed HR strategy to align with business goals and maintain adherence to high standards of execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Creation:

•    Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, and visually engaging content.
•    Develop high-quality presentations, reports, and other strategic materials for executive-level discussions.
•    Support communication efforts by crafting messaging that resonates with diverse stakeholders.
•    HR Governance, Standards, and Collaboration:
•    Create and implement governance frameworks and standards to ensure consistency across HR initiatives.
•    Monitor adherence to established governance protocols and recommend improvements as needed.
•    Facilitate critical feedback loops across the HR team, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
•    Project Management and Insights:
•    Partner closely with the Senior Director of HR Strategy to understand priorities and provide both strategic and operational support.
•    Monitor the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic HR initiatives while ensuring alignment between stakeholders and timely completion of milestones.
•    Analyze data to support decision-making, track progress against strategic objectives, and create dashboards or reports to provide visibility into project performance and outcomes.

Qualifications:

•    MBA degree from a leading educational institution; coursework in Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
•    5+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on HR-related projects.
•    Proven ability to work with HR teams, delivering impactful solutions to support strategy and operations.
•    Strong expertise in creating executive-level materials (e.g., presentations, reports).
•    Proven ability implementing operating models that clarify accountabilities and facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
•    Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
•    Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
•    Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions.
•    A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive results independently.
