Job description

Group Executive: Human Capital (GE: HC) in the Executive Management Committee who will be responsible for the development and implementation of a human capital strategy for the organization. The GE: HC will ensure that the world-class human resource management practices, systems and tools that create an enabling and supportive environment for the human capital to deliver on the CSI?s mandate and strategic priorities.

Qualifications
•    A Bachelor?s degree in human resources or related field and a post graduate qualification in human resource management, or business management or science, engineering and technology management field is a requirement
•    At least ten years management experience, of which five years should be at an executive management level
•    Understanding aspects of strategic and operational management in a knowledge intensive organization
•    Possess sound understanding of HR related legislation and best practice
•    Well-developed leadership and management skills at executive management level.
•    Strong analytical, communication skills, change management, advanced interpersonal skills and networking skills
•    Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in both the public and private sector
•    A people oriented person who has a passion for people development and transformation and can engage at all levels in the organization

Additional Information
•    Minimum 0- 1 years experiences good communication skills and basic computer skills
