Job description
Responsibilities:
• Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Must be excellent in Payroll
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Maintain HR records, including employee files.
• Managing employee separation processes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or MBA in HR
• 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Familiarity with End to End recruitment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
