Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Consultant with expertise in end-to-end recruitment and experience in using job portals and social media platforms for hiring. The ideal candidate should also have a strong technical background in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and user support. Payroll experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consulting & Support:
• Identify and resolve log errors, system failures, and software bugs.
• Optimize software and hardware performance to enhance system efficiency.
• Train end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to web-based portals and IT infrastructure.
2. Recruitment & Hiring:
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and source the best talent.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
3. Payroll & HR Support (Added Advantage):
• Assist in payroll processing and salary structuring.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and employee benefits.
• Maintain employee records and assist in HR operations.
