Roles and Responsibilities

•    Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC regulations and maintain accurate records.
•    Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly through effective communication.
•    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

•    1-3 years of experience in an HR role.
•    Strong understanding of HRM principles and practices.
•    Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data management.
•    Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for record-keeping purposes.
