Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator / Machinist to join our production team. The role involves operating and maintaining machinery while ensuring efficiency and minimal wastage in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Operate and oversee the assigned machinery during production.
•    Set and adjust machine parameters to achieve desired output quality and efficiency.
•    Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operation.
•    Identify and resolve machine-related issues to prevent downtime.
•    Implement processes to control and reduce material wastage during production.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

•    Experience in operating machinery in the packaging or manufacturing industry is preferred.
