Job description

1. Retailer and Mechanic Visits:
•    Visit a set list of retailers and mechanics in your assigned locations, including Chennai, Pondicherry, and Madurai, as per the Mobil team's guidance.
•    Provide on-the-ground support to ensure smooth app usage and help resolve any issues the retailers and mechanics may have.
2. App Installation & Training:
•    Conduct training sessions with retailers and mechanics on the use of the Mobil Connect app. This includes explaining the app's features, guiding them through the installation and registration process on their devices.
•    Offer hands-on support to help users understand the app’s functionality and encourage them to use it regularly for business purposes.
3. Promoting App Benefits:
•    Explain the app's benefits to both retailers and mechanics, helping them understand how the app will enhance their workflow and improve business efficiency.
•    Share insights about ongoing promotional offers, ensuring users are aware of any incentives or Skills & Competencies:
•    Excellent Communication: You must be able to clearly explain the app’s functionality and benefits, with the ability to train others.
•    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using mobile apps and smartphones, you should be able to explain technical details in simple terms to people with varying levels of technical knowledge.
•    Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide support to users who may face difficulties with the app.
•    Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage your schedule effectively, and meet daily/weekly targets.
•    Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer service, ensuring that retailers and mechanics receive the support and training they need to successfully use the app.
