Role & responsibilities

• Supervising HVAC / MEP Jobs - Pan India Basis -

• Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Project Execution, Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Handing over of Centralized HVAC system (both Hiside & lowside)

• Including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc

• Maintaining sincere relationship with the customers satisfying them by completing the Quality Job On time & cost effective

• Responsible for timely submittals & approvals, Billing and Revenue generation, without loss & damages

• Materials indenting, receiving, storing safely and proper utilization at site

• Site Statutory Compliance

Preferred candidate profile

• FRESHERS ARE ALLOWED

• Having good personality to handle all the contractors well

• Ready to work at Site

• Having good Job knowledge and methodology of execution

• Being fluent in English & Hindi

• Ready to travel to other projects for site inspection, review meetings & for all important client meetings, etc. whenever required

• Having two wheeler for the local travelling / transport cost will be refunded
