Job Description:
Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Degree
• Age Limit: 18-25 years
• Work Hours: 8 hours per shift (3 rotational shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in production processes and ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain work discipline.
• Operate machinery under supervision and learn industry-specific skills.
• Maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
• Report issues to the supervisor and coordinate with the team for seamless workflow.
