Role & Responsibilities:

•    Chat Support: The primary responsibility is to provide customer support through chat. This may include answering queries, resolving issues, and providing information.
•    Work from Office: Initially, the position is work from office at the Ahmedabad site. After 6 months, the opportunity to work remotely is available, contingent on performance evaluation.

Required Candidate Profile:
•    Location Requirement: The candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad for the initial 6 months of the job.
•    Language Proficiency: The candidate should have excellent command of spoken and written English to handle customer interactions effectively.
•    Shift Flexibility: The role involves working in rotational shifts, so the candidate should be comfortable with varying work hours.
