Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

•    Field Sales: The position requires the candidate to actively engage in sales activities in the field, promoting and selling CASA products (Current Accounts and Savings Accounts).
•    Customer Acquisition: The primary goal is to acquire new customers for the bank’s CASA offerings through face-to-face interactions and targeted sales efforts.
Position Details:
•    Sales Officer/Assistant Manager: The role can either be at the Sales Officer or Assistant Manager level, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Requirements:
•    Strong sales and communication skills.
•    Ability to work independently in the field.
•    Experience or interest in financial products, especially CASA.
