Job description

Key Responsibility Areas

•    Connecting with Fleet owners/Brokers/Transporters for on boarding
•    Explain Eco system of Gro Digital which will benefit Fleet owner/Brokers/Transporters
•    Supply APP Demo
•    Collection of documents for on boarding
•    App Download
•    On boarding
•    Profile completion in all aspects
•    Extending support to shipper/BRM in case of any document collection is required
•    15% of monitoring vehicle loading/unloading process.
•    MIS
Key Performance Indicators (Indicative and Subject to change)
•    Monthly onboarding and demo of 30+ suppliers
•    Conducting roadshows or demo events (once or twice a week)
•    100% compliance in terms of trips visible on platform
•    100% digital adoption by supplier and they bid on their own

Preferred Qualifications
•    Any Degree or 3 year Diploma
•    Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Regional language)
•    Should be able to speak fluently in local language and English to explain and convince supplier for on boarding
•    Knowledge of using Tab to show demo and document uploading
•    Should have Bike
•    Proactive, self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal guidance
•    Willingness to travel extensively within the state/region
•    Good understanding of the local geography, culture, market characteristics/traits
