Responsibilities:
1. Doctor & Hospital Relationship Management:
• Conduct in-person monthly meetings with assigned Gynaecologists (target doctor) to promptlyaddress feedback, deliver industry updates and fortify partnership.
• Utilise hospital staff relationships to educate and enroll potential expectant parents (target clients).
2. Key Account Management:
• Engage in proactive education of expectant parents (target clients) through one-on-one counselling orelevator pitches about the benefits of stem cell banking.
• Distribute educational materials during their clinic/hospital visits to stimulate interest and awareness.
• Identify and forge partnerships with new key accounts to propel business growth.
3. Marketing Events Management:
• Execute minimum four marketing events per month to enhance brand visibility & patient engagement.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
• Execute Cold Calls to Arrange Presentations.
• Collect relevant client details to facilitate professional presentations at their home, office, or hospital.
• Deliver engaging presentations to expectant parents through various channels thereby consistently
meeting specified sales targets.
• Deposit client funds in the company's bank account promptly.
• Timely Delivery of Kitbox Following CRM Generation
• Facilitate Seamless Coordination Between Client and Paramedic Team for Sample Collection
• Provide attentive post-sales service to clients and healthcare professionals to ensure satisfaction and retention.
5. Market Intelligence:
• Share timely insights including competitor activities & stakeholder feedback, to inform strategic
decisions and initiatives.
