Job Description: 

Role & Responsibilities:

1.    Operating WEDM Machine:
•    Operate Wire Electrical Discharge Machine (WEDM) to perform precise cutting and machining operations.
•    Ensure machines are functioning at optimal efficiency throughout the production process.
2.    Job Setting:
•    Set up the WEDM machine, ensuring all parameters are correctly configured for the production cycle.
•    Perform regular checks to maintain machine readiness for the job.
3.    Electrode Setting:
•    Set and calibrate electrodes in the WEDM machine to ensure accurate machining.
•    Monitor and adjust the electrodes during production to ensure precision.
4.    Machine Programming:
•    Program the machine to meet specific cutting and machining requirements based on job specifications.
•    Troubleshoot and optimize machine settings for better performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
•    Location: Salem residents preferred.
•    Experience in operating WEDM machines is a plus, but not mandatory.
